Doodle Maths and Times Tables- have fun Doodling collecting stars and improving your Maths

Purple Mash- covers all curriculum areas. It has great art and topic projects and is good for learning computing skills and code. It also has spelling, grammar, and maths games.
As a school we use a scheme to teach early reading and phonics- Twinkl Phonics. The children enjoy learning through the adventures and stories of Kit, Sam and Ben the dog! Teachers may send a Twinkl Go code for you to access online reading books linked to the scheme. Twinkl Go can also be used to share other activities and lesson plans with you at home. You will be given a code to pop in the following weblink:

Whilst so many things can be accessed and learnt using screens and technology we also recognise the importance of having time away from screens which can be create its own challenges and the need to support children in staying safe online.

Communication: We have an open door policy and also use email and text messaging to communicate so please make sure your email address and contact details are all up to date. Our class are also exploring ClassDojo to further improve communication links and our Friends of Dry Sandford (PTA) has a Facebook page to share information and discuss fundraising ideas.
We also make good use of Microsoft Teams to link up and meet online. where Face to Face meetings may not be possible.
